Terms of Service

By purchasing a travel itinerary from Travel Unkaged, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Service Overview

  • I provide custom travel itineraries only based on your preferences, destination, and travel dates.

  • I do not book or manage flights, accommodations, transport, or attractions.

  • All recommendations are suggestions only — final decisions and bookings are the responsibility of the client.

2. Service Tiers & Pricing

  • Essentials Plan: £5 per day of itinerary planning. Includes suggested activities, dining, and local highlights.

  • VIP Plan: £12 per day (or £10/day for 5+ days). Includes all Essentials features plus full addresses, cultural tips, curated dining, hidden gems, and unlimited revisions.

3. Payment & Delivery

  • Invoices are sent via Stripe payment link based on the number of days and service tier selected.

  • Full payment is required before itinerary work begins.

  • You will receive your itinerary via email or PDF format within [X business days] after payment (unless otherwise discussed).

4. Revisions

  • Essentials includes up to 2 complimentary revisions. Additional changes are £10 per revision.

  • VIP includes unlimited revisions until final delivery.

  • Revisions are defined as changes to the structure, timing, or type of activities (not full itinerary rewrites).

5. Client Responsibility

  • Please ensure all information provided in the intake form is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for checking entry requirements, safety regulations, weather conditions, and local laws for your destination.

  • All bookings, payments, and confirmations with third-party providers are your responsibility.

6. Refund Policy

  • Because this is a digital, custom-made service, no refunds are offered once work has begun.

  • If you cancel before work starts, a refund may be considered at my discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Travel Unkaged is not liable for travel disruptions, delays, closures, or losses resulting from the use of the itinerary.

  • All recommendations are provided in good faith and based on available information at the time of creation.

8. Use of Information

  • Personal information submitted through the intake form is used solely for trip planning and will not be shared with third parties.
